Cover letter:  Write a cover letter to us explaining why you think you are suitable for the job.  Be brief and direct about your interest and related experiences. We have one rule when it comes to application: NO letter = No application; if you cannot even make the effort to write us a letter we consider you have no interest in makeing any efforts for our clients and projects either!

Add your last salaries:  If you do not add your salary details in your resume, we cannot properly evaluate you. Save yourself the time and disappointment by being detailed.  All applications are confidential.

Proper English: We are an organisation which works in English so make an effort and check the English spelling with your spell check.  We expect you to communicate at the same level while you work too.

Get referred:  If you know anyone who knows us, don't hesite to ask them to inform us of your interest or mention this in your CV.  It will ease the reference process.


Tips for when you get invited for an interview:

If you finally get invited to meet us, be prepared.  We strongly advise you to read all our event and corporate websites so you have some understanding of our company.  The more you know about the company or the industry you might get assigned to, the higher your chances.


Tell us in the interview what you want to achieve in your career. Often we hire people for different positions than the ones they interview for if we think there is a better fit somewhere else.

You want to work overseas?  Let us know early and we can prepare you for overseas postings in one of our many overseas associate companies.

We want to get to know you, so speak up. Avoid "yes" and "no" answers and spend time elaborating your reply.If you don't understand a question, ask us to repeat it.  Most importantly, be yourself.
